Educational Speaker: Nicole Frandsen

Nicole Frandsen is a Regional Outreach Officer for Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). She has been with the agency for over 8 years, and started her career in the Calgary Call Centre in Individual Income Tax Enquiries. Nicole has been a trainer, resource officer, and taxpayer meeting team member. She now travels around southern Alberta teaching people about the benefits, credits and tax deductions that are available to them from the CRA.
