Our online peer support program gives you a safe place to share your experiences, wherever you are.

We offer peer support in whatever form works best for you: online, in person, or over the phone. For in-person or phone peer support, contact your local branch for more information.

Our online peer support program brings together people who are living with schizophrenia to share thoughts and feelings, offer nonjudgmental advice, and provide support to one another.

You can participate in the session in a way that makes you feel comfortable, either through instant messaging, via microphone, or with full video chat.

Connect with a small group of peers in a safe and inclusive environment, from wherever you are in Alberta.
